Justice Advocates Battling Exploitation and Lies (JABEL) is committed to protecting the privacy of our donors, supporters, website visitors, and individuals who communicate with us. This Privacy Policy explains the information we collect, how we use it, whether it is shared, and the choices you have regarding your personal information. 

By donating to JABEL, visiting our website, or otherwise interacting with us, you accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Donations

When you make a donation to JABEL, either online or offline, we collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, phone number, email address, and payment information. 

This information is used to process your donation, issue receipts, and keep you updated on JABEL’s mission and impact.

Online donations are processed securely through which it was sent (Venmo, PayPal, ACH, etc.), which handles your data in accordance with its own privacy policy. 

JABEL DOES NOT and/or WILL NOT EVER sell, trade, or share your personal or financial information with any third parties except as necessary to process your donation.

Communication Preferences

JABEL reserves the right to send newsletters, updates, and donation requests to individuals who provide their contact information.
